VIOLET

Part 4 of The Techno-Colour Tales

Treguard faces death at the hands of an elfin maiden, who is hell-bent on revenge for a crime he has no memory of committing. Meanwhile, Merlin uncovers the reason why the Dungeon Master’s memory of recent history is completely at odds with almost everybody else’s, and his efforts to reverse the phenomenon lead to another unwelcome surprise.

Violet

About

Resolving the cliffhanger at the end of Black, which was released in July, Violet is the fourth episode in a run of short stories that lead into the final full-length play in the Dunshelm Players drama series. Violet finally reveals why everybody except Treguard and Majida are behaving so differently from before, (including a sub-textual explanation for the cause of the divergence – listen out carefully for it or you might miss it). Alongside All Washed Up, that’s two non-festive festive offerings from the team this holiday. Aren’t we kind?

  1. I like the part where Hordriss turns up and starts blasting everyone with lightning. I’ve always thought that even when he’s a “goodie”, he should enjoy exploiting his darker side when the occasion calls for it.
