In his own words; “Born in Devon in 1975, presently living in Salford, I was an avid Knightmare fan right from the very first episode in 1987. A perennial ‘old enough to know better, young enough not to care’ type, I basically never lost my affection for the show, and when an Internet community developed around the turn of the millennium, I was one of the frequent fanfic writers to contribute to it. I wrote the first ever (as far as I know) audio play script for Knightmare in 2004, had a team of talented enthusiasts to record it in 2005, and finally got to release the completed work in 2006. From there, The Dunshelm Players (or ‘KMR-AmDram’ as we rather clunkily called ourselves at the time) were a fact of fandom, and many a project has followed. Most of the scripts and almost all of the mixing have been my work, for my sins, and I ain’t done yet.“

In his own words; “Writer, snappy dresser and alleged human being. Born in 1987 and residing in darkest Southampton, Knightmare was my first exposure to what would become a long and deliciously sordid love affair with adventure gaming of the “Use inventory item on bewildered NPC” variety. Since then I became an infrequently frequent contributor to the Surrounds RP board, where my dabblings with character and world buildings earned me some choice roles with the Dunshelm Players, in between befuddling everyone I with work with whimsical irreverence and esoteric references to things best left unexplained.“

In his own words; “Knightmare was a staple of my childhood TV diet, and it no doubt fed my interest in adventure books, RPG games and even CGI. I fondly remember many hours playing the Knightmare board game with Martin and Russell, eventually using the advanced rules we put together; that’s just how we roll. After ‘Bolt To The Head’ (but not directly because of it), I left the UK for Australia, since as a Scotsman, I was far too happy with the miserable weather. Recording the first two audio plays was immense fun and I feel privileged to have been involved.”

In her own words; “Discovered Knightmare in the Challenge repeats, re-discovered Knightmare in 2011 whilst googling, looked up to everyone like they were celebrities and didn’t hesitate when given the opportunity to join. The youngest person on the team but DEFINITELY has the longest hair (and Martin can back me up).“

In his own words; “My earliest vivid memory is of a reoccurring dream about a skull haunting in the toilet, meaning that I must have been a Knightmare fan for even longer than I can remember. With The Dunshelm players I have fulfilled two of my all-time greatest wishes; to be a voice actor, and to be the tallest Martin within a small group of people.“

In her own words; “Born in 1997, the world was undoubtedly blessed with the annoying Jennie Hewitt. My crazy side has always been forever at hand, able to unnerve even the wiliest opponents.
“Ever since I can remember, I have talked. Non-stop. So imagine my surprise when Martin here offers me an opportunity to burn thru some talking for a Knightmare drama piece. A life-changing moment, Martin has opened the gateway to voice actressdom.
“The rest of my life is pretty much irrelevant to you chaps, so go stick a nose in a well read book wink I know I will!
“PS: I could NEVER have done something so grand had it not been without the help of my irreplaceable-practically-twin-sister Amy Davies, who is losing a long battle for the length of the hair.
“PPS: I is never cutting it. Ever.“
